Your HIPs Home Information Packs

A complete freehold HIP can be prepared and emailed to you for £299.00 for a registered
freehold property. The price is so cost effective because this website takes all the
details required to prepare your HIP Home Information Pack and communicates directly with
the sources of information required to compile your report. Using our service your HIP can
be ordered online in around 1 minute, you simply pay by credit card - or PayPal - and then
sit back and leave the rest to us.
If an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is not already
prepared for the property we can include this in your pack. The completed Home Information
Pack is emailed to you - and you can then forward it to your estate agent to print out for
prospective buyers, or you can print a copy yourself whenever you want.
Whether you are an agent or a seller, we save you time
preparing your HIPs - we collate the documents required, and we even arrange and
co-ordinate the visit of an accredited Energy Assessor to visit the property.
